Committees

TIMA's value as a professional organization lies in the interaction between its members. To get the greatest value out of your membership, join a committee and help manage and set direction for the organization. Volunteering for TIMA gives you opportunities above and beyond the benefits of going to meetings. By giving a small portion of your time each month, you can make the most of your membership and:

• Meet more of your peers in the interactive media world.
• Help TIMA set its direction and fulfill its potential as a
professional organization.
• Gain experience with planning, coordinating and implementing
programs.
• Make connections to the decision makers and doers in interactive
media.
• Position yourself to join the Board of Directors and really make a
difference.

If you choose to join a committee and volunteer for TIMA, you will be given the tools and autonomy to ensure the tasks you've been assigned are completed in a satisfactory manner. If you are unable to complete a task you have assumed, you are responsible for finding a substitute to fulfill those duties.

To help out, please contact Brian Rudolph.
